"How to take on Uruguay ? Uruguayan law provides for two types of adoptions:

This paper will address the theme of simple adoption, which is defined as a formal legal act, of a bilateral nature that creates fictional relationships between adoptive parenthood and adopted, following the latter belonging to the family of origin. I) External or formal- ·
