For families who are waiting for our son or daughter of Peru, each month there is a national adoption council, which appointed a child to prospective parents. The dates of the boards, as well as the designations approved by the National Adoption Council, are published on the website the SNA MIMDES at the bottom with a button as shown in the image on the right.
I remember years ago when expecting my first son that this option was no web, there now is good because each end of the month I check that website hoping to be on that list, of course not say names, but at least I can guide me through the city and country.
Today I went to check the list on the website of SNA - MIMDES and saw this message:
SUSPENSION OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION OF 30TH MARCH 2010
Reason: Breach of the first supplementary Final Regulation of Adoption Council (DS N ยบ 001-2010-MIMDES) by the Professional Associations conforming.
So unfortunately we have to wait to put a new date, which is sure after this weekend (holy holidays for Peru are Thursday and Friday). But while good that exists in Peru and Adoption Council Regulation that Internet searching appears to be: http://spij.minjus.gob.pe/Normas/textos/020310T.pdf (pages 5 through 13) and could be summarized http://www.elperuano.com.pe/edc/2010/03/04/der1.asp
The regulation aims to describe the functions of the Adoption Council members, professionals who act without any kind of discrimination or favoritism toward children and adolescents or to families who are making proposals .
We present the case in December 2008 and were declared fit in July 2009 as story at: Our second child.
If you are in the list of eligible families in Peru , or you expect to be on the list of assignments 2010 , please share your case and the date from which are fit, to get an idea of \u200b\u200bhow long they are delaying to be allocated.
